All too often site management struggles to acquire these essential support services, often having to deal with several different companies and/or attempting to self-perform a portion of the activities with project staff. Janbury has been modeled to provide a single source responsibility or “one stop shopping” for many construction support needs.
Janbury offers a full menu of services for scopes inside the general requirements. Janbury enables the owner/contractor to take the scopes usually broken out into ten or twenty different subcontractors and designate a single source responsibility. This will significantly reduce management time, scheduling conflicts, and time/cost associated with mobilization. The bottom line is this, you are spending the money anyway. We are only using those monies that have been budgeted to either increase productivity by 30% or save 30% of the budget for those scopes of work; it is a matter of semantics.
