PLM provides factual data of man hours per trade; this will assist when putting together a cost analysis for the next job. Knowing the factual man hours per trade will also insure that all trades have enough man power on site to stay on or ahead of schedule. The ability of PLM to track individuals on and off site will also provide factual data of man hours per trade that are associated with any change order(s) issued by the owner(s) or architect(s).
